Sport & Exercise Scientist | ASCA Level 1 Coach
A passionate trainer who combines scientific knowledge with athletic experience to help you succeed. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and accreditation as an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, Bryan brings energy, expertise, and a background as a volleyball athlete to every session. His goal: to make fitness both effective and enjoyable so you can achieve lasting results.

Koa Kemarre
Exercise & Sports Scientist | Biomechanics Specialist

With a degree in Exercise & Sports Science and a specialty in biomechanics, Koa brings both technical understanding and hands-on experience. He has a strong background in supporting clients with genetic and neurological conditions, post-injury rehabilitation, and strength & conditioning.
